Returns

Due to COVID-19, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Should you have any questions or concerns about a product you’ve purchased, please consult our team at orders@30kisscreations.com and make sure to include your name and order number in your email.

Damages

All of our candles are thoroughly inspected before shipment and packaged tightly to ensure safety during transit. Should you experience a damaged product, please understand that we are not liable, and a claim must be made with the shipping company in regard to the damaged delivery. Proof of purchase and damage will be required.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.

No cancellations may be made on custom orders.
