Shipping policy

Overview

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders over $75! After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 2-3 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or new product launches. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please be aware that 30KissCreations is not responsible for delayed transit times. USPS is experiencing a heavy volume of shipments, and your order may be slowed down. Should your package be delayed, lost, or damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier, as the package is out of our hands once shipped.

30KissCreations is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address. Please double check your shipping information at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Delayed/Lost/Damaged Packages

All of our candles are thoroughly inspected before shipment and packaged tightly to ensure safety during transit. Should you experience a damaged/delayed/lost product, please understand that we are not liable, and a claim must be made with the shipping company, as the package is out of our hands once shipped. Proof of purchase (and damage) will be required.

International Shipping

We are now shipping WORLDWIDE!

All packages are shipped out of our New York City studio. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
